Delete your account & data

EmpirePilot OS · empirepilotos.com · applies to the web app and the iOS / Android apps

You can permanently delete your EmpirePilot account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Sign in at empirepilotos.com/login (or open the mobile app).
2. Go to Settings → Security.
3. Under Danger zone, choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Delete by request

If you can't access your account, email privacy@empirepilotos.com or support@empirepilotos.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile (name, email).
• Your workspace: all brands, content, assets, knowledge base, and calendar.
• CRM contacts, deals, timelines, and reviews.
• Connected mailboxes and stored email messages (mail on your own server is never touched).
• All connected-integration credentials and push-notification tokens (encrypted vault entries are destroyed).
• Analytics, activity history, and automations.

What is retained

• Invoices and billing records required for tax and accounting law (held by Stripe and our billing records).
• Residual copies in encrypted backups, which expire within 30 days.
